Hot Pepper.

'Tri-Color Variegated'. 75 days. The variegated foliage, exhibiting shades of white, green and purple, really makes this plant stand out. Purple stems and blooms add to the charm. Fruits are hot and turn from deep purple to bright red at maturity. Thought to have originated in the rain forests of Central America.

Hot Pepper.

'Trinidad Scorpion'. 110 days. Habanero type pepper from Trinidad & Tobago. Fruit ripens from the top down, creating a tricolor effect (Orange, yellow and green), before eventually turning completely red. Pods are mushroom shaped with the bottom coming to a point, resembling a scorpion's tail and 2 to 2.5 inches long by 1.25 to 1.75 inches wide. Plants reach 2 to 3 feet tall.

Hot Pepper.

'Golden Greek Pepperoncini'. 62 days. Mildly hot. This strain from Greece is for those who want a more classic Pepperoncini. These are smaller and lighter in color than Robustini Pepperoncini (which it replaces). Thin-walled 3-4 inch long fruits have slightly lobed tips. Harvest when about 2-3 inches long and fruits reach light yellowish green for the classic Pepperoncini. Pickle in vinegar for 1 to 6 months.
