Every February we begin getting ready for the busy spring season. Over the next 4 months we will transplant 100,000 cuttings and seedlings. Of course, there are lots of other things that need to be done before we actually open our doors for the selling season. Once customers begin pouring in, I really need help tending to their needs as well as those of the plants. It is tough but rewarding work.

If you like to get your hands dirty working with plants, would like to learn about herbs, enjoy working outdoors and have good people skills, download the application, fill it out and mail it back to me by January 1st 2011. For consideration, applicants need to be able to work 24 to 40 hours a week and be available on weekends. Experience in a greenhouse is not necessary, although familiarity with a basic cash register is a plus. The position is seasonal, beginning in late January and ending in June.
